As online and other forms of more and education are still unable to fill in the gap in the education market, the first full virtual university in Europe: OUS Royal Academy of Economics and Technology in Switzerland is in Dubai to introduce the benefits of virtual education to UAE students. Claiming that virtual education is the new phase, of schooling in the world, representatives of the OUS Virtual Academy revealed thousands of students in Europe and around the world who were unable to exercise high quality education in their home countries due to space and time constraint are now able to receive the content and communicate with the faculties while multimedia sources, internet and video conferencing technologies. One of the key highlights of virtual education according to officials is the flexibility diversion format provides to both students and teachers to go through proper counselling and know what works best for each student. Stating that virtual education is different from other forms of learning including online and digital education, officials stress that although the virtual learning environment uses the online medium for communication, it also offers students and teachers the choice for off tools for instruction.

Dr. Habib: Virtual education is quite new idea. In all over the world it is less than 15 years old . It started with students after we had better internet so the students are able to watch the professor , see their professors. We are not an online university, we are virtual university which means are students are able to see their professors on a daily basis if they need. So they can see the professor, they can communicate with the professor, they can ask him directly questions if they need. Right now all of our students are happy and satisfied. So we have students today from 120 countries. Some of them they have internet difficulties but we are trying to solve the problem by giving them the lectures which is live on a recorded platform. So they can watch it on the recorded platform whenever wherever they need. This is the advantage of an online and virtual education. So students from all over the world right now are happy and satisfied, to get this kind of new trained or new technology in order to improve their knowledge.

Representatives of OUS also highlighted that virtual education falls in line with the Dubai and the UAE vision which aims to offer high quality education and smart learning environments to their students. Established as a private and independent young university in 2013, OUS has a total strength of over 1200 students from 118 countries and offers lectures in English and other languages. The virtual academy recently won the MENAA Customer Award delight award in Dubai earlier this year and offers international acknowledge the bachelor its in various departments including business and management starting from bachelors to doctorate degrees
Dr. Habib: Right now the virtual education is improving. Day by day we see new trends and new technologies which can help us in order to give or to deliver better service to students. We believe in 20 years or 30 years we will see some more advanced programs in order to deliver like 3d education where students can really have everything in 3d basis.
