The Doctorate Program in Law is offered by the Department of International Law and the Department of Comparative and European Law which are attached to the Institute of International Relations in cooperation with Taurida National V.I.Vernadsky University.
This Doctorate Program has its focus on a specialized section of law which deals with agency rules, government regulations and precedents at the local, state and then federal levels. Examples of main courses include Administrative Process, Theory of Administrative Actions, Judicial Review, Administrative Procedure Act, Agency Organization, Promulgation and Determination of Administrative Regulations.
The course specialization includes International Law, International Private Law, International Litigation, International Trade Regulation and European Business Law. Coursework involves intensive research in the fields of criminal law, legal writing, advanced economic concepts, civil procedures, organizational leadership, legislation, and regulation.
The Curriculum includes research in the areas that are related to the creation of wills, probates and estate administration. Candidates will be able to enter the field of academia after their successful submission of a thesis that is based on their areas of specialization. Specializations may include global leadership, health policies, interdisciplinary policy studies, local and international government management for sustainable communities, public management and leadership, and terrorism.
Administrative Law graduates will have expert knowledge of estate administration, taxation, family provisions and litigation. They can pursue law careers with corporations, business consultancy firms, insurance companies, legal agencies, non-profit organizations, financial institutions and trade regulation organizations.

Usually, it should be from 60.000 – 100.000 words (from chapter 1 to chapter 5). Students are allowed to have 10% less or more, however, the supervisor can allow a student to write more.
