PhD. In Managing IT Resources and Change Management
Ph.D. in Managing IT Resources and Change Management is a department of study related to the management of information technology as well as changes that take place inside the workplace. Students who pursue this course are taught various strategies that can allow them to manage IT related resources. These can include hardware, computer, data, network, software, data center facilities etc. In addition, staff hired for the maintenance of these facilities is also taken into account. Students pursuing this qualification inside an organization have to develop complete command over various important functions related to business management. Some of these functions are mentioned below:

On the other hand, change management is a concept, which includes the considerations present inside an organization and areas where change is needed. It actually relates with different departments and qualification in Ph.D. in Managing IT Resources and Change Management. This program trains students to deal with various challenges imposed by Management of IT related structure as well as changes that take place in the setting of the workplace.

How long should be my thesis?
Usually, it should be from 60.000 – 100.000 words (from chapter 1 to chapter 5). Students are allowed to have 10% less or more. However, the supervisor can allow a student to write more.

Can I use the title?
We have asked the Swiss Authorities about the title, and their answer was (Students are allowed to use the title they got from the school)
Is there a "Thesis Defence"?
Yes, and we recommend students to do it in Switzerland however it can be done ONLINE too, you need a camera and microphone.

Thesis Work
What is the thesis work:
The Ph.D. candidate has to somethings more than DBA & D.Phil.'s candidates, as below:
- Duration is min. 2 years up to 7 years
- The thesis must be on the highest level
- The candidate must teach at OUS or any other accredited university/academy for at least 48 hours
- The candidate needs to have at least 3 publications (online publications are fine too)
- The candidate should supervise at least 3 projects/thesis for Undergraduate or Master students.

For the Ph.D., your thesis is the most important part, you have to write the whole thesis about the "Managing IT Resources and Change Management" with one of our supervisors.
