Victor Zhenchenko was born in 1936. He is one of most famous cultural leaders in Europe and post-USSR countries. - Singer, poet, actor, Opera and theater worker, interpreter (Speaks Tatar, Belarusian, Russian, Azerbaijani, Latvian and Kazakh language)

Honored Artist in 1997, Member of the Ukrainian Union of Writers since 1975. Currently working in Educational and Cultural Administration.

1) Commander of the Order of St. Vladimir the Great, St. Michael the Archangel.

2) Laureate of the literature prize Andriy Malyshko.
