Partnership with Institute of Public Administration and Management

OUS and USL have signed an agreement to exchange students as well lecturers in order to exchange know-how between Europe and Africa. USL is a National University, owned by The Government of Sierra Leone, and its Chancellor is The President of The Republic of Sierra Leone H.E. (Dr) Ernest Bai Koroma. There is an appointed Pro - Chancellor who represents The Chancellor in the day to day activities of the University. The current Pro - Chancellor of USL is Rev. Canon. Dr. J.E.Modupeh Taylor Pearce. The Vice Chancellor, who is also the Principal of the University is Professor. Ekundayo Thompson and there are also Deputy Vice Chancellors for each of the constituent colleges of The University of Sierra Leone.
